The aim of the project is to enable greater participation in global climate agreement-making. Climate change is an issue that impacts every single living being on this planet. How we know climate change as a shared problem and design the collective response is shaping social, political and economic organisation. In this respect, naming climate change has the potential to further consolidate dominance and continue to push diverse lifeways and the ecological systems they maintain to extinction. However, collectively naming this problem also offers a unique moment to contest and challenge this dominance. This project seizes this opportunity and seeks to empower all actors to take their place in contributing to making diverse and thriving people and planetary relations in the name of climate change.
There are many steps and pathways to achieving participation as individuals, classrooms and communities. On this page, we offer some resources to help you to navigate climate agreement-making at COP30 as activist, teacher and learner.
